*A non-refundable registration fee of $50 is due at the time of registration. Your camper is not registered for summer camp until the registration fee is paid! Once registration fee has been paid you can purchase tickets to ANY of the 8 week sessions.
The registration fee will not reserve a seat in ANY of the program courses. You must purchase a ticket for that week of camp to ensure your childs spot.

There are ONLY 60 available seats per week! They will fill fast.

We truly aim to provide at least a week of summer camp to every young person interested in attending and will do everything we can to eliminate cost as a barrier to participation with additional financial assistance, fundraising opportunities & donor payments covering cost.

Cancellation
Policy
FLEYX Inc. is a non-profit organization that has a limited capacity, and our cancellation policy is enforced to bring equity to all campers and ensure we can serve as many youth as possible.

The registration deposit is non-refundable. A full refund of the camp tuition (less the deposit) will be provided if cancellation request is submitted via email at least 1 week prior to the start of the camp session.
No refunds for tuition will be provided with less than 1 week’s notice, or for no-shows.

To reschedule your camper’s week, please contact the our office. Note that the cancellation policy timeline will be based off the initial camp reservation. Camp cannot be rescheduled then canceled as a way to change the refund amount. Once you reschedule a week, tuition for the rescheduled week is not eligible for a refund but will be used as a credit for another available slot.

Please contact us as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend camp due to illness or injury. A doctor’s note may be required to ensure equity for other campers. We will work with you to reschedule or provide a partial refund.

If your child leaves early for any reason, no refund will be given as that spot cannot be refilled. If appropriate, we may work with you to reschedule to a later camp session. No guarantees can be made.
